• Model V-48 is a 48 inch square
  chamber with side opening
  door.

• Model V-36 is a 36 inch
  chamber with front or side
  opening doors.

• Model V-24 is a 24 inch
  chamber with front opening
  door.

• Custom chamber sizes are
  available.

• The TECHNI-CHEMCLEAN
  cleaning machine is designed for
  solvent washing (at 10 PSI with
  no atomization of solution) with
  flash points of 140 degrees
  Fahrenheit or higher.
  
• This machine is used for light
  cleaning and de-oiling where
  solvent washing is normally
  used.
  
• The TCC can also be used
  with water base cleaning
  solution, however charcoal
  filtration is not required.

• The TECHNI-CHEMCLEAN
  cleaning machine is designed
  for solvent washing.
  
• It has an operational working
  pressure of 10 PSI measured
  prior to solution entering the
  chamber.
  
• The TCC will pump 32-37
  GPM and will not atomize the
  solution.
  
• The filter pack has a two stage
  air operated fan to provide a
  negative pressure within the
  chamber.
  
• Ther is a foot pedal control
  with a separate on-off switch.
  
• Saftey interlock preventing
  pump operation with chamber
  door open.

With the added features of a Complete Charcoal Filter Housing & the unique feature of a Drip Proof Door, retriving all drop off solvent to the solvent chamber NOT ON THE FLOOR. The Vertical Door System and Right or Left Swinging Door Systems are Standard Equipment.
